Our new guided sessions are designed to help you advance your fitness journey through six core principles: Weight Training, Cardiovascular Training, Advanced Training, Functional Training, Cable Machine Training and Recovery. Additionally, we have introduced some specific Women-Only Inductions.
These sessions are designed to educate individuals of all abilities, whether you are a newcomer or a seasoned regular. Our goal is to expand your knowledge and help you get the most out of our equipment and your training.
